All our rooms can benefit from a monthly discount of 40% all year long.

As with all our prices, you will benefit from a full package without any hidden cost or extra: free entrance to the sauna, free internet access, no extra taxe or charge... only the daily breakfast is not included.

Please, note that we will not be able to accept credit cards for our monthly prices, only cash or payment in Euro on our European bank account.

In order to book a room with a monthly price, you can check the room availability on our booking system and we then encourage you to confirm your booking via email.

Our main currency is the Thai Baht. All the prices listed on this website are using it and this is the only one our reception desk can accept.

If you book long enough in advance, we also can accept payments in Euro on our European bank account. Just ask us for the details.

Check in is from 2PM and check out is not later than noon.

Nevertheless, if the room is free you will be able to check in early in case you would arrive in the morning.

Late check out are only possible if the room is available and are charged 100 Baht per hour until 5PM. Then we will charge you a full night.

High speed internet is free for our guests. The whole Aquarius is covered with a wireless network. In addition, our luxury rooms have LAN connection.

You will also find 2 public computers in the lobby.

Just ask the reception for your free personal login and password.

We really care about your security, for this reason:
 - We have cameras in all the corridors
 - All the rooms have keycard locks that record the last 800 openings/closings
 - Our reception is open 24h
 - You are free to bring friends in your room and our reception will check your visitor's ID and keep a record of it
 - All our rooms have a safety box. We also have a big one available at the reception for special valuable

No problem, our reception desk can arrange all kind of excursions.

We also have a private speed boat that we can charter for the day if you look for a more exclusive package.

The easiest way is to book directly through our automatic booking system you can find on our website, except for the monthly rates.

You can take any joiner to your room without any extra charge, as long as this person is male and over 18 years old.
The reception staff will check your friend's ID for your safety.

We advise you not to drink tapwater anywhere in Thailand, nevertheless you can use it to brush your teeth, etc.
Aquarius provides two bottles of drinking water for free every day to our guests.

The easiest and most confortable way to come to us is to ask us to arrange your airport pick-up.The drive will take you around 45 minutes.
This way is as well completely hassle-free contrarely to the public taxis and Minivans you can find at the airport.
They will try to bring you to travel agents, to gem shops and even to other hotels, because they get commission for each customer they bring. For this reason the trip will take considerably longer than 45 minutes.
Another and very cheap way is to take the airport bus to Phuket town and then take another bus to Patong. The inconvenient of this trip is its duration; up to 3 or 4 hours.

We speak English, French, German and Dutch as well as a very little Spanish.
And of course all of our staff speak Thai, a few of them speak Chinese and/ or Japanese.

We provide airport pick-up and drop off service by private car for 600 Baht one way (maximum 3 persons).
For groups from 3 persons up to 9 persons we can provide the same service by Minivan for 1200 Baht.

5% of the total price of your accomodation will be charged during your booking process. Please, note that this deposit is conssidered as an administration fee, it will be deducted from your bill and will not be refundable under any circunstances.

* If you cancel more than 2 weeks in advance, we do not charge anything but may keep your deposit.
* If you cancel less than 2 weeks in advance, we charge 2 nights stay. If you already paid in advance, we return the full amount, minus the cost for the first 2 nights.
* If you do not cancel and not arrive, then we charge the full amount for the reservation with a minimum of 2 nights.

We please ask you to let us know as soon as you can if you need to change or cancel your booking.
