Our “room + WiFi only” – reservations also can benefit from this 30% monthly discount.
You can check the room availability on our booking system but our monthly rates can only be booked by email directly with us.

You can pay either cash in Thai Baht or by Visa / MasterCard. However please note that for payment by credit card a 3% bank commission charge will apply. You can check the latest exchange rates here: http://www.kasikornbank.com.

Normal Check In time is from 2:00 PM and Check Out is not later than noon (12:00 PM).
Early Check In and Late Check Out are subject to availability and an extra charge of 10% of the current room rate per hour with a maximum of 5 hours. If more than 5 hours a full night will be charged.

The whole Aquarius Guesthouse including all rooms is covered by a high speed fiber optic WiFi network which is free for our guests.
You will also find 2 public computers for free use in the lobby.

At Aquarius Guesthouse we really care about your security and therefore:

– We have installed 24/24 H registering cameras in all public areas.
– All the rooms have key card locks that record the last 800 openings/closings
– Our reception remains open 24 H
– You are free to bring friends to your room without joiner fee, but our reception will ask your visitor’s ID card and keep a record of it
– All our rooms have a private electronic safety box.

No problem, our reception desk can arrange all kind of excursions, day tours, etc.
We also can arrange a private speed boat so you can choose your own itinerary.
If you would like to make a sight seeing tour around Phuket we can arrange a private car with driver for
300 Baht/ hour (min. 5 hours), which offers you the possibility to make your own itinerary.

We advise you not to drink tap water anywhere in Thailand neither other parts of Asia, nevertheless you can use it to brush your teeth, etc.
Aquarius Guesthouse provides two free bottles of drinking water every day in the minibar.

The easiest and most comfortable way to come to Aquarius Guesthouse is to ask us to arrange your airport pick-up. The drive will take you around 45 minutes and we charge 700 Baht one way for this extra service by private car.
This way is as well completely hassle-free contrarily to the public taxis and Minivans you can find at the airport.
They will try to bring you to travel agents, to gem shops and even to other hotels, because they get commission for each customer they bring. For this reason the trip will take considerably longer than 45 minutes.
A cheap way to come is to take the airport bus to Patong for about 120 Baht p.p. The inconvenient of this trip is its duration of more than 2 hours, its irregular and reduced schedule and the fact that they will drop you off at a 10 minutes walking distance from Aquarius Guesthouse. Tuk-tuks in Patong cost at least 200 baht per ride.

We speak English, French, German and Dutch as well as a very little bit of Spanish.
And of course all of our staff speak Thai, a few of them speak Burmese, Chinese and/ or Japanese.

We provide airport pick-up and drop off service by private car for 700 Baht one way (maximum 3 persons).
For groups from 3 persons up to 14 persons we can provide the same service by private Minivan for 1200 Baht own way.

* If you cancel more than 15 days prior to your arrival date, cancellation will be free of charge.

* If you cancel or shorten your reservation less than 15 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge you 50% of the cancelled days with a minimum of 1 night stay.

* If you don’t cancel and don’t show up we will charge you the full amount of reservation.

*** ATTENTION: special prepayment policy will apply during the periods of Christmas/ New Year (December 18th 2015 till January 11th 2016) and Gay Pride (April 23rd till May 2nd 2016). When you make a reservation for these periods, full prepayment will be required as following: 15 days prior to your arrival date, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of those dates falling in the above periods. Once this prepayment effective, no refund at all will be possible under any circumstances.***
