Below you will find further information on our hotel policies.

☛ Opening hours
Our reception is open from 8 AM till 2 AM.
Breakfast time from 8:00 AM till 11:30 PM.
Our fitness can be used from 8:00 AM till 9:00 PM.
The sauna opens at 4 PM till the last guest leaves (usually between 8 and 10 PM).
The roof top sundeck is open 24 / 24 H.

☛ Security
We strive to ensure your safety and security during your stay and have installed a camera system on our premises. Nevertheless, please always lock your door and latch it while you are in the room. When you leave the room check if your safety-box is locked. If you have problems, please contact our reception.
The use of any kind of drugs is illegal anywhere in Thailand. We have the right to ask any guest to leave the hotel if they fail to act accordingly under Thai law and/or in accordance with our house-rules.

☛ Visitors
There is no extra charge if you bring a visitor to your room, but according to Thai law and our house-rules the visitor must be over 18 years old. Please bring your visitor to our reception for an ID-check. While receiving a visitor please do not leave any valuables unattended in the room and put them in your safety box. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS.

☛ Check-in / out time
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Earlier check-in and later check-out is subject to availability, with an extra charge of 10% of the current room rate for each hour.
For an early check-in before 9:00 AM one extra night will be charged.
For a late check-out after 5:00 PM one extra night will be charged.

☛ Housekeeping
Your room will be cleaned daily. If you don’t want to be disturbed please put the sign “DON’T DISTURB” on your door. Please note that housekeeping services will not be provided after 3:30 PM.

☛ Laundry
If you would like your laundry to be done, please fill out the form you will find in your wardrobe and put your laundry in the plastic bag. Please bring the bag to our reception. Laundry left in the morning will usually be ready the next day.
☛ Day trips and shows
Phuket is only one of Thailand’s many islands. If you wish to discover the surrounding islands or book any other tours or shows we will be happy to assist you. As a guest at Aquarius you will have a discount on all trips that are booked through us. For further information our reception will be happy to assist you.
